"Take life one step at a time" - This is something which is really helping me embrace and enjoy the process of creating and the process of hard work. To practice this in life I recommend going on a really long work and don't think about the end goal just be with yourself and take it one step at a time.
Carrying on the workout episodes with another outdoor workout! This one was done at the side of a rugby pitch so yes you can workout anywhere!
Stoicism is becoming very important way of life for me and is the thing that motivates me to be better everyday and improve myself mentally and physically.
We are all on this Life journey together!
