If I were a more secure person at this moment in spacetime, I could also loop in Hunter's whiteness and how learning that the privileges you enjoy and strictures you live by are jointly built on a generational power structure that traps people within its horrid mire and doesn't even guarantee your own wholistic safety in that structure, but 1) I thought of it too late and 2) I have too much anxiety about people being mean to me in my fledgeling comments.
