⅓ Cup Soy Sauce
3 Star Anise
4 -6 PepperCorn
½ Thumpsize Ginger
4 Garlic
1 tbsp Brown Sugar( any amount will work, I don't have a sweet tooth)
3 Bayleaves
3 Green Onion
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce ( can skip)
