He also demonstrates use of an additional Rip-Stop suture that can be incorporated when poor rotator cuff tissue is encountered. The SpeedFix Rip-Stop is a great knotless alternative to a triple loaded suture anchor that requires knots. Dr. Burkhart also highlights use of the FastPass Scorpion™ to easily pass and retrieve his FiberTape and uses a PowerPick™ to prepare a bleeding bone bed in the rotator cuff footprint.
