To keep in mind when swimming FC, keep the head still unless turning to breathe or lift to sight, exhale under the water, turn low to breathe but be prepared to adjust as openwater changes. You cannot always keep your lower goggle submerged. Push the water back towards the feet to go forwards. Use the hand and the forearm to send the body forwards when 'pulling.' Rotate, but not too much! and hide the legkick in the shadow of the trunk else create drag from a too big kick.
