GOAT CURRY RECIPE | VIDEO RECIPE
1kg Goat meat
4 TSP Cooking oil
Few Fenugreek seeds
1 1/2 TSP cumin powder
1 TSP coriander powder
1/2 TSP turmeric powder
1 Big chopped onion
1 TSP ginger paste
1TSP garlic paste
Salt to taste
Whole spices as 1 stick cinnamon,5 cloves, 1 cardamom, few whole black pepper, 2 bay leaf
For Cooking on pressure cooker.Heat the oil first... when it’s started smoke come out than put the fenugreek seeds.. when it’s turn into brownish black than add chopped coriander into & add whole all spices. And the chopped onions. When onion turn into golden brown add goat meat. Stirring for like 8/10 Minutes. After that the rest of powder spices add into it. Add 1/2 cup of water Again stirring it for 5 minutes. Add another 1 cup of water to it. Put the lead & let it whistle 6 to 7 times. Make sure how u like to cooked.
