Steps to perform the Exercise/ eye massage for under eye bags: exercise: Place three fingers on your orbital bone and gently pull it down. Do not over stretch. Stroke the three fingers of the other hand upwards to massage your lower eyelids against the gravity 10-15 times with an eye cream.
the tissues and muscles that support your lower eyelids naturally begin to weaken and sag with age. the fat that is normally confined to the space around your eyelids also shifts and slides down. This causes droopy, puffy-looking eyelids that resemble bags.

Please try this exercise if you are facing a similar issue. Every face yoga exercise if done the right way especially in the right step by step sequence can be very effective for every part of your face.
