On April 18, Wolf Ketter, director of the Institute for Energy Economics at the University of Cologne, delivered a Scott Institute for Energy Innovation Seminar titled, "FleetPower: Creating Virtual Power Plants in Sustainable Smart Electricity Markets."
In his role, Ketter advises directly the Germany government as well as European businesses. Ketter received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in 2007.
