I'm testing Quora as a strategy for driving more traffic to my channel to drive more views and subscribers. These are my initial results. They were pretty surprising.
Quora is a question and answer site where anyone in the world can post a question they have about anything at all and other Quora members will answer their questions.
It's pretty well organized into various topics and you can easily browse around and find questions that you can answer in the particular niche your interested.
When marketing with Quora, you'll want to answer a questions that relate to a piece of content you've already created elsewhere, whether that is on your website or Youtube channel or a podcast...anywhere you want to send someone so they can learn more about an answer to their question.
Simply include a link in your answer and say something like "If you want to learn more about this, I've created a video on this that dives deep into [X]. Check it out here:" Then include the link.
If your answer is a particularly good one and other people feel the same way which they can show that by "upvoting" your answer.
Your answer will then move up the list and potentially be exposed to more views which could lead to more views on wherever your trying to send them.
