Testing the controller of a 2005 GEM e2 that displayed error codes 41 and 82. According to the service manual, code 41 is an overheated controller, which causes it activate the thermal protection. Since I know the controller is cold, I disconnected the internal thermistor and it started running. This is a quick fix until I order and install the part.
