The International Scientific Committee of the Nutri-Score recently published the update of the algorithm for general foods.
The update of several components in the Nutri-Score system entail modifications in the way some foods will be classified in the system in the future.
Here are presented the main modifications for general foods, including fats, oils, nuts and seeds and meat.
