Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(130 g) rolled oats
3/4 cup(180 ml) hot water
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1/4 cup(40 g) sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup(150 g) greek yogurt
2 tbsp coconut oil/ or your choice
1/3 cup(40 g) chopped nuts
1/2 to 2/3 cup(100 g) chopped prunes
1/3 cup(40 g) chopped hazelnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
bake 40-45 minutes at 175°C / 350°F
