Could starving yourself be the cure to type 2 diabetes? British researchers put a groups of type 2 diabetics on a 600 calorie diet for eight weeks and it made their blood sugar levels normal. After about three months on the diet, they found many of the patients were diabetes-free. Dr. Steven Garner sees this as "a very dangerous message" and says the simple cure to Type 2 Diabetes is to "lose weight."
