Justice Secretary Dominic Raabt has refused to guarantee the right to abortions in its forthcoming new "British bill of rights".
The deputy prime minister is the one steering the proposed charter through parliament, however after being asked during PMQs on Wednesday, he told MPs he did not see a case for the protection.
