JoyToy has finally released their version of the Astra Militarum Tempestus Scions! We are going to look at the two elite command squad units specifically the Tempest's Prime and the Banner Bearer. As usual, we will be using our painter's eye to scrutinize the painting on this figure and then we will move on to swapping out parts and other fun stuff.
