Malcolm Beveridge from the WorldFish Center explains the main results of a visit to Uganda to investigate possibilities for aquaculture value chain development as part of the proposed CGIAR Livestock Fish Mega Program. "it is no longer acceptable -- it just doesn't work -- to just produce a technology, drop it in a country, and expect it to work."
