Like many people we have struggled with a few things with our printer when it comes to film feeding straight, getting wrinkles in the film causing the head to scrape the film and clog, and more. After replacing three heads and being frustrated, I finally went down a rabbit hole and figured out how to fix all of these issues we were encountering. I can now print dozens of feet of film and only have to keep an eye on the powder and ink, and check a couple minor things along the way.
Here is a video summarizing the things I now follow and do religiously to ensure smooth printing. Hope this is helpful!
