📍Ingredients:-
Meat 750 gm
Taro roots 300-400 gm
Onion 2
Bay leaves 2
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green cardamom 4
Cloves 4
Mace flower
Black pepper 10-12
Cinnamon stick 2
Black cardamom 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies 3-4
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Some Coriander leaves
Curd 3-4 tbsp
Water as required
Mustard Oil 100 ml
