As you would expect, narcissists have a strange perspective of boundaries. (Mis)using boundaries is another tool in the narcissist's toolbox to control you. But good luck setting boundaries with a narcissist! They will perceive you as attacking or controlling them and they will react--badly.
It's worth noting that since the narcissist has the emotional maturity of a toddler that you will need to clearly state the consequences of not respecting a boundary--and be prepared to follow up.
