The “Friends” star, who recently turned 60 on June 15, took to Instagram on July 7 to share some of her workout routine while also poking fun at some of her favorite wellness trends. “So I just had a birthday. Don’t love the number, but look, we have no choice. You just got to do the best you can,” the actress says to the camera before engaging in several exercises. At the end of the clip, Courteney climbs out of a freezer while wearing a bikini and face mask as she jokingly exclaims, “What, it’s cryotherapy!”
