This video is almost as long as a full feature film! Walk with me through the Central Arizona Cactus Succulent Society (CACSS) show and sale at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona. We'll go through as many show plants as we can while you listen to me pronounce all the plant names wrong and then head outside to the sale where we will struggle to not buy everything that we see - a true test of strength and will.

I tried to capture as much footage of the show as I could. There were so many incredibly rare and mature specimens, some of which I have never seen before. All plants belong to Central Arizona Cactus and Succulent Society (CACSS) members. If you live in Arizona and love cactus and succulents, I highly recommend joining the society.

There were also around 20 vendors at the sale of which I could only capture a handful of shops on camera - I tried my best! I probably needed 5 hours of filming time to capture everything but that just wasn't feasible.

I also got to meet some incredible growers both new and seasoned. Everyone was super nice and talkative and very open to sharing information. I think when you put people together who share the same passion, synergy is practically guaranteed.
