While the Iranian regime is killing its own people, European countries rush to support that very murderous regime. While Iran bombs Saudi Arabia's oil installations, while Iran rushes to enrich uranium for nuclear weapons, European countries rush to appease Iran with even more concessions.
Now is the time to ratchet up the pressures on Iran, not to lessen them!"
ראש הממשלה בנימין נתניהו תקף בחריפות את ממשלות אירופה שמנסות לעקוף את הסנקציות האמריקניות על איראן, ואמר כי בשעה שהאיראנים ושליחיהם שוחטים מאות אנשים ברחבי המזרח התיכון - בטהרן, בבגדד ובבירות - מדינות אירופה ממהרות להעניק ויתורים נוספים לאיראן.
רה"מ נתניהו הדגיש כי הן לא למדו שום דבר מההיסטוריה - וההיסטוריה תשפוט אותן. רה"מ נתניהו קרא למדינות להצטרף להגברת הלחץ והסנקציות על איראן, כפי שעשתה ארה"ב.
