깻잎 김치 Perilla Leaf Kimchi

2-3 large bundles of perilla leaves 300-400 grams
1 cup sliced green onions
1 cup julienned carrots
1 cup onion sliced
Sauce
1 cup gochugaru
3-4 tbsp sugar (more or less to taste)
3-4 tbsp minced garlic (or to taste)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/3 cup water or broth
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Leave in fridge for few days and they should be ready to eat~ or you can eat right away if you can't wait!
