I've been wanting to share this with you, but I wanted to be sure. So I had a wonderful chat with Lisa. And I asked her if this is really happening?

So she asked me to do a testimonial. I'm just a regular guy. This comes from the bottom of my heart.
I don't sleep much. Years ago, I was involved in a kind of a job that was like 17-19 hours a day. So I've been conditioned not to sleep much.
But as I'm getting older, I'm 57 now, I've noticed that it's becoming an issue. Three to three and a half hours a night was usually enough for me. But now I need to get more rest.
