For those who asks "Why is Kakashi there ?" well HE IS a clan head (cause he's the last Hatake) but he's very lazy to take on the job (he'd rather read porn then deal with politics, can't blame him tho-🤷‍♀️.
As for Naruto, he also kinda is a clan head ? But he's there mostly as "Sasuke's emotional support" OwO
