The ‘big media conference’ of Putin has been a tradition since 2001. Why the Kremlin dictator has cancelled his own ‘event of the year’ and about what could it signal to the internal and external audience. The situation is so deep and unsure that, of course, various versions from anonymous sources appeared in both Russian and international media – about possible health problems of the dictator and the discontent about war losses.
