8 cloves of garlic

2 stalks of spring onion
2 eggs
1 cup carrots
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 1/2 cups jicama ( singakamas )
1/3 cup of soy sauce
spring roll wrapper

For dipping sauce:
sweet chilli sauce or ketchup
