How to insert a bobbin on a Singer sewing machine steps:

1. Remove the tool case on the front of the machine.

2. Open the door to the bobbin area by pulling it down toward yourself.

3. Remove bobbin cage by pulling out on the lever.

4. Put wound bobbin in cage.

5. Place the bobbin cage back in its slot in the sewing machine.

6. Bring the bobbin thread up to the plate.
