Max De Bernardi plays an old time song entitled John Hardy, originally composed by Eva Davis, pioneering country music banjo player and singer from Sylvia, North Carolina which recorded this song back in 1924.
This version is however inspired by Leadbelly's iconic style on the 12 string guitar.
