In this video I share an easy way how to make arroz con pollo. It’s delicious and an inexpensive way to feed many. Ingredients are easy to find, just take a stroll down the international food isle in your local grocery store. This fed 4 adults and we had leftovers.

Ingredients are:
1lb of diced boneless/skinless chicken thighs (or breast if you prefer)
1 1/2 tbs of oil (of your choice)
2tsp of adobo
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 to 2 tsp minced garlic
1 packet of Sazón (or bijol if watching sodium)
1/3 of a chicken bullion cube
2 cups of rice
3 cups of water
