For the command line arguments, use either -h and -c, or --host and --connect on both ends. Try also running the game in administrator mode and in compatibility with Windows 7 (for Windows 10) if it's still not working.

Finally able to get the game working online with the help of netplay mod thanks to Morph. Being able to switch into single player screen in Racing and Hunting mode is also one of the best features added in this Online Battle Mode.
