The Dusky grouse hunt in Kaibab national forest near the north rim of the Grand Canyon is one of our favorite hunts every year. Dusky grouse are a subspecies of Blue grouse that are found in the mixed conifer and aspen forests of Arizona above 8,500 ft. The elevation and rugged terrain makes for tough hunting but boy is it a blast! Bliss and Bogey did a great job helping us get into some birds. We hope you enjoy this hunt as much as we did!
