Smoked a Turkey on the weber kettle using royal oak lump and a chunk of maple wood. Seasoned with a new to me rub from White Wolf Rubs called Hunter. Bird offset on the Kettle for 1 hr, then rotated the bird for another hr, temps were close and color was great so put in a foil pan and covered with foil. Roughly 30 mins later internal temps were where I wanted them going into a rest. Rested in the microwave (hotbox) for 30 mins before taste test.
