Arabic rice Zurbian rice/ Chicken zurbian/ Rice recipes easy

Ingredients

chicken - 1 kg, with skin
Basmati rice - 5 cups
Onion - 4, chopped(2) and diced (2)
Pepper corns - half tsp
Coriander seed - 1tsp
Cumin seed - half tsp
cloves, cinnamon and cardamom few
ginger and garlic - chopped, 3 tbsp each
chicken stock - 2 cubes
capsicum - 1, big
green chilli - 8 to 10 nos
tomato - 2, make paste
Curd - 2 tbsp
turmeric powder - half tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
salt
coriander leaves
red food color - optional
