OutLay is a fairly new Effect-Styled Layout created by a very talented creator named Foretoken! It was posted for KJackpot's ( another talented creator ) 'LLCC'... short form for Last Layout Creator Contest. This level's description states "Layout #1" ... assuming their may be more of these kind of masterpieces in the future coming from Foretoken, but only time will tell for that though. Normally Layout's are simple and... to the point if you will... but this style of Layout pushes to a whole different level, including amazing effects and even some Custom Icon parts, while still categorizing under the style of "Layout"! Incredible work on this level! Good Work! :)
