The Minerva uses all space to an absolute maximum. The result is a compact home that still provides plenty of space for family life. The bedrooms and a formal lounge are located at the front half of the home. You then enter the kitchen, living and dining spaces which flow via internal stacked doors to an alfresco. The kitchen is large, with a walk-in pantry and the surrounding glazing keeps it light and bright.
