50 Minute Yoga Nidra for the Throat Chakra | Find Your Voice and Speak Your Truth

Relax into this full length 50 minute yoga nidra guided meditation to awaken, unlock, and reveal the energy and wisdom of Vissudha chakra or the throat chakra. Explore the subtle energy body of the chakras as using techniques that stimulate this energetic center within to activate the power to speak your truth, communicate truthfully and honestly, and to know that your truth is valid in this world. Find a delicate balance between listening and speaking. Turn inward, rest deeply, listen to your heart or your inner voice, and harness the power to use your outer voice.

Yoga nidra is an effortless form of guided meditation that carries you into a state of wakeful sleep where one can access the subconscious mind to plant the seed of good intention. As you reflect upon your deepest desires in this life, bring them to life through the cultivation of an intention, planting this seed, and then voicing your deep desires out and into the external world. The throat chakra is the bridge of communication and energetic exchange between internal and external worlds.
