🚉 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: Bang Sue Central is a brand-new terminal with excellent facilities and a food court.
🚆 𝐎𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Enjoy a comfortable 3 hour + journey in an 𝐚𝐢𝐫-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝-𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 carriage.
🎫 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬: We recommend buying tickets in advance, at the time of booking we couldn’t find how to do this online.
🚽 𝐓𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤: I did not fancy the on board loo, but do not fear the old Asian travel rule applies: '𝘕𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘢 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘩 𝘱𝘦𝘦’ & happily both stations have new facilities!
🧻Although the women's restroom in Hua Hin lacked toilet paper, so be prepared!
🍲 𝐎𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Fear not, foodies! Snacks are available onboard. A constant stream of Thai Street food was collected at the various stops and sold by railway staff on board.
🏰 Arriving in Hua Hin check out the old Train Station, a charming piece of history adjacent to the new terminal.
