This is a 60 minute vinyasa class for circulation and energy. Combining whole body movement, calibrated breathing and it flows at a steady, continuous pace. One of the ways to cultivate more energy and improve your circulation is to simply move and breathe. This class does just that....no long holds in our standing warrior flow series of postures - just flow, breathe and release. Then indulge in some deeper stretches, wide legged forward fold, pigeon, hamstring openers and twists along with a few balances to keep your focus and challenge you to stay with your breath. It's a stronger flow that will invigorate and may make you sweat ;-) Sweet, dynamic movement to absorb your attention and help you feel refreshed and re-energised. Enjoy!
