Got out the other day in Oceanside, CA. It is the last city in the northern part of San Diego County. Got there at first light. First cast and it was fish on! Nice surfperch, 5 total with one decent Yellowfin Croaker. Even caught a few hermit crabs that latched onto the fly, crazy!
