The Las Fallas Festival of Valencia is one of the most outstanding fire fiestas in the world. Every year Valencia has a noisy week that is full of fireworks and processions in honor of Saint Joseph. A number of towns in the Valencian Community have similar celebrations. The Las Fallas festival was declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2016.
