Hola! Cómo están todos! Soy BAIRES WALKER

Hi guys, I’m BAIRES WALKER
Today, let's walk through the neighborhood of Villa Urquiza in the city of Buenos Aires.
Villa Urquiza is one of the neighborhoods in which the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina) is divided. It is comprised of the streets Crisologo Larralde, Galván, Núñez, Vías del F.G.B.M., Tronador, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Estomba, Monroe, Rómulo Naón, La Pampa and Av. De los Constituyentes. It borders the neighborhoods of Saavedra to the north, Coghlan and Belgrano to the east, Villa Ortúzar and Parque Chas to the south, and Villa Pueyrredón and the Vicente López district to the west. It belongs to Commune 12.
Traditionally considered a low-density residential neighborhood and counting on an upper-middle-middle class, in recent years, Villa Urquiza has taken a wide takeoff, both building and commercial, developed mainly around Triunvirato and Olazábal avenues. This growth is partly justified by the construction boom that the city experienced as of 2003 and is also due to the expansion of the underground Line B that allowed its inhabitants to arrive in a few minutes to the center of the Capital.
The area north of the railway line is popularly called La Siberia. On the other hand, the area east of Avenida Álvarez Thomas and south of Avenida Olazábal is the unofficial neighborhood called Villa Mazzini.
