@OnTheRedCarpet caught up with actress Shaylee Mansfield, who made history as one of the first-ever deaf actors to be credited for animated ASL work. The barrier-breaking opportunity was for Shaylee's role in "Madagascar: A Little Wild" where she played a deaf animated character, which is streaming on @hulu. The 13-year-old shared with us why deaf representation matters.
The starlet also shared her excitement about her upcoming project, The Company You Keep, with Milo Ventimiglia premiering Feb 19 on ABC.
