Mast cells have this funny tendency to stain with a variety of different immunostains in a non-specific fashion. These are stains for antigens that shouldn't be expressed by mast cells, including pancytokeratin AE1/AE3, desmin, MART-1/MelanA, and myogenin. Don't let these tricksy little fried eggs fool you into thinking they are carcinoma, melanoma, or rhabdomyosarcoma cells!
