An apple pie cake that melts in your mouth! Everyone is looking for this recipe! simple delicious
This tasty cake is gluten-free and sugar-free, I try to use natural healthy ingredients, that way you can enjoy eating dessert often without regrets. But if you want to use regular sugar I left the measurements for this option.
Ingredients:
2 apples
2 cups of salmon flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 of baking soda
3 eggs
80 gr of butter
4 to 5 tbsp of liquid natural sweetener stevia from the plant (or 90 gr of sugar)
1 lemon or lime zest
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
8"X8" greased mold
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350F/175C
Apple cream:
1 large apple
2 cups of almond milk
4 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of vanilla
5 to 6 tbsp of natural honey sweetener from the agave plant (or 60 gr of sugar)
chocolate cream:
50 gr, of semisweet chocolate
Mix melted chocolate with the remaining apple cream for a decorative accent. (optional)
The decoration is optional, and the cake is delicious by itself.
