Greg is able to basically define Lean Product Management as a a mindset that Product Managers use to get value to market rapidly.
Since 2008, experts such as Greg have been evolving and codifying Lean Product Management techniques and have found that when teams use the techniques properly, they can easily cut their time to market in half.
There are several Lean Product Management principles, but that Greg shares is ABV, or Always Be Validating.
