Noor Riyadh is a new city-wide annual festival of light and art consisting of 30+ public art installations across Riyadh city, “Light Upon Light,” a landmark exhibition of light art since the 1960s to present day, and a compelling program of talks, workshops, family activities, music and film events.
last night we were gone to NOOR festival Riyadh . It was amazingly beautiful. lights are beautifuly arrange and very colorful . Kids enjoying soo much. ❤💖💕😍😘🌹👌👌👌👌
