Guys… getting a job as a new grad was so difficult. I documented my new grad job hunt process for software engineering, and I’m here to share it with you! This was definitely one of the most humbling experiences ever :’). If you’re a new grad watching this, know that I believe in you!!! You’ll get there, I promise. Just stick with it.

Some helpful resources during my recruitment process:

- The Grace Hopper Celebration which is the largest women in tech conference. If you're a student, your school will most likely fund your trip! [ Ссылка ]
- CodePath which is a non-profit organization that teaches FREE courses to current university students. I took their advanced technical interview prep one! There's also a career fair in October that matches you with potential employers. This is one of the best resources I used!!! [ Ссылка ]
- Leetcode which is a bank of coding questions similar to those asked during your technical interviews. [ Ссылка ]
- Neetcode which provides some structure and amazing explanations for your Leetcode journey. This was very helpful!! [ Ссылка ]
- Don't be afraid to cold message/email recruiters! Really put yourself out there - you never know what could happen!
- And, this is gonna sound cheesy, but don't forget to believe in yourself. You're smart, and you're good at what you do. Never forget that - even when the process is absolutely terrible!
