Xingrui Mou has received the International Foundation for Ethical Research (IFER) Graduate Fellowship from 2020-21 for his project, “Engineered in vitro model of the human kidney for blood filtration and disease modeling.” IFER fellowships recognize and support outstanding graduate students that are working to promote the advancement of humane methodologies that can spare animal suffering.
