Is it crazy to tear down a 3 million dollar home!
I recently sold this 3,356 Square foot home for $3,150,000. The home featured four bedrooms and three baths.
But it wasn't the home that sold my buyers. It was the land. The view, direct access, and exposure were what they wanted.
Crazy right?
But let me break down why they did it. Waterfront property is in very high demand in Marco Island and Naples, Florida. As more buyers move to Florida, they look for prime real estate to build their dream homes. This is driving prices up and inventory down.
So you may be thinking three million is crazy! But by the time you factor in a two to two and a half million dollar home on this lot, the property will be worth upwards of seven million.
Why? Because new construction is also in high demand. This is one of the many reasons my clients hire me as their Broker and Builder.
